I stopped living.  Currently going to work and coming home. Each being a chore and difficult.  I had stopped seeing friends basically became a hermit.  Decided I want to live life and I want that to be long and healthy life. I recently had a friend who had a stroke and she is possibly permanently disabled.  The one thing she told me is to take care of myself. I heard her.  I once read somewhere that you tell people who you are by the way you live your life.  I am not who I tell people I am.  I am vivacious, attractive, love life, intelligent woman. I am ready to tell the world this that I already know but had forgotten..I am scheduled to have the realize band July 7th and cant wait to start living life again.
