Thanks for visiting my site. I was banded on 7-21-2010 and that has been one of the most rewarding decisions I have ever made. God has enabled me to practice all the skills I was taught along the way to getting my band. I can truly see myself in a healthier light than ever before. The scales don't lie and they are moving for me. My clothes are fitting much better and my body is changing daily in a good way. I do believe with any choice we make in life there will be consequences, but the band out weigh all my fat girl issues. I don't believe you will be sorry if you decide to be banded. Be encouraged and stay on track to what you really want.
