Still really swelled and sore. I go to my follow up tuesday. I am an not getting my 70 grams of protein a day yet worried about my hair falling out.4 lbs is great!

I had surgery Monday and Going through the same with emotions and having a hard time getting my protein in and cannot sleep on my sides still really sore. -

I had surgery Monday I am still so sore can't hardly move and afraid to eat. I am afraid it is to much. The gas pains are really rough.I am worried having a hard time getting my 70 grams of protein in.
I've lost 4 pounds since Monday--after I lost the weight I'd put on from swelling and everything. 
How are you doing??
