I have been struggling with weight the past 10years. Last May I woke up and said no more, I have to do something about this. I cannot stand 10..20..30years like this. I saw my doctor to see about help. My total process from 1st doctor visit to acutal surgury was about 11months. I decieded on the gastric lapband.  Things are difficult. I am an emotional eater...I eat when I'm happy when I'm sad, when I'm loney or bored. Food I feel like i love it and hate it at the same time. The procedure has helped. but everyday can be a struggle. I wakeup each day wieght my food,  pray for strength I continue my therapy, and believe that I am worth it. I do deserve more! I want  a better and  healthier life.
