Hi Tina,

Well the visit went fine thanks. He says that anyone can get a hot dog down (which I still found hard to believe). I have an appt. in two weeks for a fill though and that would be like 4 weeks from my date of surgery..hmmm. So that leads me to think you were right and I shouldnt be able to eat like that. I have been doing good and whether is 1 pound or a half, I love to see that lose on the scale!! It will be easier when I go back to work on Tuesday and I am busy busy busy but sitting around doesnt makes for to much idle time. I did have my first ...episode with the food coming back up. Actually it was an ice coffee and I was thirsty I gullped it down but like 3 swigs and back up in came all over the floor in Micky D's!! So embarrasing...ughhh.

Well hope all is well with you. What is your average weight lose per week?
