My surgery went great! I've been banded a week now, and am down a total of 13 lbs since surgery! I could hardly believe it! The pre-op diet is rough, and I had the worst diarrhea for what seemed like forever... even after the band because all you're eating is liquids! I never really had "pain" on the pre-op diet... hopefully that will go away! I was nervous right before surgery too, but over all this was a walk in the park compared to what I thought it was going to be!

You can do it, just stay positive!
