Sounds great to me... I know its been 3 months and I am picking up the conversation like it was yesterday. I am so sorry. I JUST got the call this afternoon telling me that I have been APPROVED! How exciting! Now I have an appointment with the surgeon, and I guess he will go over the requirements before surgery, I will pay the man - and then schedule the surgery. Woo-Hoo!

How are things going for you? Where are you in the process now?.. and don't worry about messing up - I dont think this site is exactly "user friendly".. I am typically pretty good with computers - but this site leaves me feeling a little dumb at times! Hahaha..
