lap band nation, let tell you when my doc told me that my band was tight and wouldnt need an adjustment for 2-3 mos. i see why, 50g of protein is keeping me full to the max. need to drink some liquid but cnt. do anybody have some ideals. but got some good news, had my surgery friday weight in at 345. today is monday decide to weight myself., on three different scales 2 said 331.2 and one said 330.8 guess which one i bought, i know its just water weight, its my joy and no one is going to steal it
