Hi Tommy, Yes, today was my first fill and it didn't hurt at all. Was so easy, just held my breath and pushed my stomach out. They put 4 ccs in and now I am on liquid for two days. Total of 20 lbs lost in 4 weeks. Have been walking 3 to 5 miles a day for at least 3 times a week after work in the evenings which is great because it's cooler then. The puppy likes the walk too and everyone that sees her comes over to chat. Really love to socialize.

Will not be long before you are losing that weight and getting fit. How are you doing with the eating plan?
