I have always been the "big" sister in my family even though I am the third of four girls.  My other sisters have never struggled with obesity like I have.  When I married, my husband said he didn't like "big girls" so for 10 years I was made to feel fat, ugly and undesirable.  Now that I am older and my daughter is grown, it is "me" time.  This procedure is the first in many steps that I will be doing to improve my health and life style.  I am very excited and can't wait to see what the outcome will be!
