Hi everyone. I am new to this site. I was banded on May 4th and so far have lost 29 pounds. Sometimes I feel real hungry and I am afraid to eat too much and throw up. Is this normal? How do you know when you have eaten enough? I drink my shake in the morning and eat yogurt or string cheese for protein boosts. I found that weight watchers yogurt has 6gm of protein and 3 gms of fiber. Helps in the constipation area.
