I was a fat kid - then lost all of my weight when I was an actor through the 80's and 90's and slowly but surely I put ALL of my weight back on plus twenty pounds.   I have tried EVERYTHING.  After trying Nutrisystems for two years and only losing about twenty pounds - I have decided to bite the bullet and do this.  I am really scared, I am also a drinker and understand that needs to change which also makes me nervous.   I am DONE with being overweight - this is all going to change as of July 6th when I get my band.  Your encouraging words or what to expect will be appreciated.
