Hi there. I read your note on the board and I noticed you had your surgery in february of this year. I would like to know how it went and how you have been feeling. Was it worth going to Mexico to have it done? Did you completly pay out of pocket or was there some sort of financing involved? Also can you honestly tell me what it cost you overall? Seems this is the hardest thing to find out about. I don't know how to save money for it if I don't have a general idea as to how much I have to save.

I am just starting my quest and I want it to be as smooth and happy as possible.
