I went to a seminar with Dr. Gritsus in April. I went to his office for Consultation in May. I met Dean his assistant and Dr. Gritsus. They both were very nice and explained the lap band procedure and all details with me very thoroughly. I have seen both the psychologist and nutritionist in June. This morning i had my first weigh in visit with Dean. I need to have 2 more to satisfy my insurance requirements. I should be ready for my lap band surgery by Sept. I also have went to a weight loss seminar and was very impressed. Everyone seems to have very good results with the lap-band. Can't wait for my surgery. In the meantime, i have been trying to chew my food slowly and not drink when i eat.
