  3. hey jess long time no chat i had the baby in October and i will be banded by this summer i am so happy

  4. Well i did go to the dr. on wednesday. I couldnt get my fill done because i have aot of belly fat so it needed to be done in xray and my primary care dr have to send a out of cap referrrel so now i just have to wait they did call me this morning and told me the submitted it but the npi # was wrong so hopfully it all works out by friday. i didnt gain and weight back but i didnt lose anymore but that was my fault im really no working out and eating the best thing i fall off but i have to stay focus. ill keep u posted

  5. I was banded in Dec 08. I have lost 80 lbs. I did stick to a plan at first but now I have gotten lazy. I'm still trying to stay with a plan but I fall off from time to time. That doesnt stop me though...I pick it right back up and keep going. You are doing great! 14 lbs in one month...that is awesome...keep up the good work...you can do it!

  6. Hey Jessica…I have been banded since 7/14 so almost a month and I am down 14lbs. Like you I have gained since I am waiting on my fill(today hopefully…the office left 3 different times on my voicemail…lol.) but I am still at my 14lbs gone. I too find myself eating a lot less and slipping some goodies into my diet like a hot dog or a piece of cake at a BBQ. I work out about 4 times a week doing at least 30 min of cardio –walking, couch 2 5k, dancing or fake skiing in my living room with 5lb weights(my favorite). How are things going with you?? I feel like I need to put a plan together…I feel like I let someone cut into me an give me a tool…now I just need to work with it the right way. Keep in touch please ;-).

  8. i feel the ame way. I have been see little resultz like my face has slim down alittle and now i can even see my mole on my face and it is not has big as it use to be i might just keep it i wanted to get it remove. I ll let u know who it gose and how i felt after.

  9. I am sorry. I guess I got confused. From reading your statement earlier I thought you said that you had not been banded yet. Well, I hope all goes well with your first fill. Please let me know how it fills. It will be my turn to get my fill on Thursday. To tell you the truth I am a little nervous but excited as well. I hope this will help me go to the next level with my weight loss.

  12. i have not been baned yet i dont get that until 8/12 so for now i have really no restriction. i dont eat icecream cand u know stuff like that . i havent started working out i just walk here and there i wanna start the gym so i can do all of that i feel like i lost control for a min. but i gotta get back on the ball

  13. Congrats on getting your first fill. How was that experience? I really want to get my first fill. I am starting to notice that I don't have as much restiction as I would like. I have been banded since July 16, 2009. I have to admit I have messed up and not stuck to the meal plan exactly. However, I try to balance things out with exercise and watching when I eat. For me, I exercise twice a day. I just reached my goal of being able to excercise for 30 minutes on my elliptical machine. So for total I get an hour of exercise at least 5 to 6 days out of the week. Then, I make sure I stop eating at 7pm. I also try to keep my calorie intake under 800 calories per day.

  14. I know this morning i jut had a couple of small pieces of watermelon and water. Right now im on soild foods so ill just fellow what the books say i should eat. my portions are small and i like that so i have to get a grip. im so sorry to hear about u band i hope everything works out with that and they can fill it back up angain u look great

  15. girl, the main thing is for u to stick with ur diet. u know, the liquids, thick liquids and mushies. Please don't get sidetracked. As soon as i discovered that i could eat more, i did and it hendered me so stick to the diet. If u feel like u r out of control go back to mushies and still watch what u put in ur mouth. Yesterday i had to get all of my fill taken out so now i have no restriction because i have no saline in my band because my esophagus has dialated. Pray for me.
