Congrats on getting your first fill. How was that experience? I really want to get my first fill. I am starting to notice that I don't have as much restiction as I would like. I have been banded since July 16, 2009. I have to admit I have messed up and not stuck to the meal plan exactly. However, I try to balance things out with exercise and watching when I eat. For me, I exercise twice a day. I just reached my goal of being able to excercise for 30 minutes on my elliptical machine. So for total I get an hour of exercise at least 5 to 6 days out of the week. Then, I make sure I stop eating at 7pm. I also try to keep my calorie intake under 800 calories per day.
