Girl, believe it or not, i did. I had a fish basket on the second day and every morning i made an egg, bacon and cheese sandwhich which probably explains y i only lost 15#! lol!!!, but i don't advise u to cheat but ur only sabbotaging urself if u do. You can do it girl. Try to keep urself away from anything that might tempt u, especially food. For me, the chicken broth was filling and so was the jello and pudding. Those fruit chillers were good also. If ur still feeling hungry, use the protein powder, skim milk and yougurt and ice, mix in a blender and then u have a thicker shake and it is really good!
