  1. Thank you so much for the comments!!! Diet is to follow the doctor's orders as much as you can. Otherwise I pay more attention to protein (40-60g/day), fat, and calories. I try to stay between 1.000 and 1200 calories per day which doesn't always happen. You have to also take into account how many calories you burn with working out. I do heavy cardio 3-4 days per week, then weights 2-3 days to help tone the muscles. It's hard to find a balance for your body to lose but once you start to find something that works stick with it!!!
