I was banded on the 7th of this month and so far so good. The only thing that I am struggling with is drinking protein shakes. The taste of it makes me want to hurl . Does anyone have any suggestions on getting adequate amount of protein without drinking the shakes?

Isopure and muscle milk and both of them I didnt like.

I was also banded on the 7th but I didn't experience any shoulder pain for some reason nor feeling nauseated. My trouble is soreness and back pain when sleeping but it gets better day by day but wish you much success. -
I have to be on the liquid diet for two weeks and believe me two weeks is too long for me lol. I'm trying to stick it out but really I just dunno how much longer I can take the Protein Shakes.
