Good to hear from you; it has beena while. I am hoping for a 10-15 lb loss for my trip at Thanksgiving. As of yesterday I am down almost 35 lbs since the surgery and I lost about 14 lbs prior to surgery, so our friends and family will be kind of surprised when they see me. Glad you are doing well.
