Turns out I didn't need the fill yet. I have another appointment on the 19th, but the doc said if I find myself not losing weight, hungry or eating larger portions to call and they will fit me right in. When I do have the fill, they want me on liquids for 5 days. I am amazed your doctor wants you on solids the next day. It's amazing how each doctor does things differently. Good luck.
