For me: refried Beans, salsa, cottage cheese, hummus, lentil soup, split pea soup, eggs, chicken, fish, potatoes (I mashed it with oil and vinegar with baked chicken - aka "pauper's food") , frozen yogurt, yogurt.
I avoid: ice cream, fatty foods, steak, pork (on most occasions), BREAD, Pasta, RICE (im so sad about this)
I used to like drinking unjury, now I feel like puking just smelling it....damn shame. Im gonna try Muscle Milk lite. I guess its all about mixing it up.
