For anyone living in the Yakima area. I need to get involved in a walking program and support group. I was banded in 06 and i am out of control, Just frustrated because i have gained 10 lbs and can eat anything

not sure if this will post, but i am looking for some support in the yakima washington area. I just moved there a few months back, and i am stuck in a rut, and i am not being very good, need some moral support:thumbup:

This is my first visit to the forum. I was banded in june 06, and i have been at a stand still forever, but of course i haven't been following the rules. I just moved to yakima washington a few months ago, looking for some support groups out there:thumbup:
