I agree with Laura. The first few days are really difficult. But, in no time you'll get used to it especially if you remind yourself why you decided to go through the surgery. -

You need to motivate yourself on going on a diet. Don't forget why you got the band in the first place. Losing and keeping off unwanted weight really requires self discipline and patience. We never gained weight overnight, so we won't lose it overnight. -

I think that's psychological. We usually feel sick when we're tense about any surgery done to our body. Just relax and get enough rest so it won't get worse. -

I totally understand how you feel. I think it's mostly your thoughts that's making you want to eat even though you're not hungry. Keep up the self-discipline and patience, we really need them when we want to lose and keep off unwanted weight. Good luck! -
Oh, I thought chewable vitamins are only for chewable. I never thought it could also be appealing to adults.:thumbup: I only get calcium from milk. Where can I buy the chewable ones?
