Finally getting to updating my status. 21 months post op. I was a whopping 290 and the scales this morning were 189. Starting in a size 26 and now being in a 14 has been an expensive change over in my closet but worth every dollar spent on smaller and smaller clothes. I love myself so much now. Still have another 10 lbs to go but that will be a walk in the park. I exercise every, yes EVERY morning with walking DVDs. Love the Biggest Loser ones and highly recommend them to everyone no matter your fitness level. <br />I look forward to the surgery to remove the excess skin on my lower abdomen. I do have bat-wings but will not have the skin removed. That surgery scares me as a friend had it done and the scars are not very appealing.
