Kelly, once a week i go to a outdoor bootcamp with a personal trainer. He once was very very obese and now is buff . He focus's on Bariatric patients getting fit! i love it! im also in love with my zumba classes and my new gym!

I got a fill about 2 weeks ago and really am eating egg size meals not because i don't want to eat more , i just can't . The fabulous part of all this is the fact im dropping the lbs fast!! I was at a literal 2 month plateau. Ive gone from 195.5 to 187.6 in less than two weeks ....im impressed and happy!! anything like this happen for you all?? Jennifer

I finally am out of the 190's and into the 180's!!!!! I had to do two things to get going again. 1. a fill and am at the sweet spot and 2. kick up the excercize. I do a boot camp on sundays and the gym 3 days a week and sometimes add in a zumba class. At support group i heard how people don't have "time" for excercize. I work over 50 hours a week and am raising kids who play sports and i was happy to say you can make the time if you want to. How are you all doing??? Jennifer

Some dressing is fat free and low cal ....portion control with the dressing is key for me

sounds good , i was told though that alfredo sauce is a heart attack on a plate by many nutritionists though....maybe try spaggetti sauce instead?

It may be you are at your sweet spot im at my 4th fill and am having similiar symptoms. We both need to put down the fork after a few bites and eat very slowly.

Friday check in !!! Im finally back at it!!!! Had a fill Monday of .6 cc and had to have .3 cc removed tuesday. Im thinking im at my sweet spot!!! I've lost 3.5 lbs since monday! Im doing bootcamp on sunday mornings and excersizing 2-3 more days a week at the gym. Im feeling like i have a chance now!! How are you all doing? Jennifer

I got a fill of only .6 cc's and had to unfill .3cc's , i think as of now im at my sweet spot. ive lost 3.5 lbs this week since Monday! Well lets both keep at it ....Afterall it feels good watching the numbers go down!

Im not fearful of gaining back ...im fearful of not losing it all!!!

My surgeon said about 1100 a day and i struggle sometimes to eat that much ...last night i came home and ate something at 9 pm to get the calories in and bam my weight came down this morning.

Hey all ltns!!! had a rough month in November as i felt no restriction. Went in a week ago and got 1.2 cc added and wow!! huge difference ! lost the 2.8 i gained plus a few ounces! how are all you doing?

Yes i do think he is one of the best ...here is why: He is the head of 2 bariatric centers of excellence in the usa and one in mylasia. If you go and search his name on facebook you will see him and all of "us" patients discussing our weight loss .

I went to a Dr in margate that does this for cash patients for under 5000 total and he has done over 2000 surgeries. He is a center of excellence DR. So if you want his name ill give it to you. ~jennifer
