I found longhorn steakhouse will cook the way you need it. i ordered a plain chicken breast and steamed asparagus with no butter...that chicken was so moist and slid right down....yummy dinner! -

Erica , it does get better just follow the rules drink lots of fluids and get excited when mushy stage starts....mashed potatoes, refied Beans , lots of new things make you feel better again. The lapband is a journey. Im almost a year out and still from time to time have my struggles. but i look at my body and think Wow was i really that much bigger!! It is a process with lots of learning curves. Keep up the hard work, Jennifer

Not funny and immature to say the least. How about putting on your bigboy or girl undies and tell the truth...Its not that hard to celebrate weight loss. As losing a parent and two Grandparents to Cancer its hard not to be upset.

Great !! its so hard ...i am finally seeing the weight drop off . I was starting to get a little angry with myself and the band. Then bam 13 lbs in 3 weeks . I hope i can at least keep losing ...we shall see i am officially the lowest ive been in at least 7 years....it takes an act of congress for me to lose weight lol. -

Im so happy for you tylee!!! J wish it was a fill i needed but i think id be overfilled even with a little. My weight is just stubborn unfortunately. Im glad i got off that 3 month plateau at least. -

Hello all , Haven't been on for a bit but finally doing better with the weight loss ..ive dropped almost 8 lbs in two weeks. they measured my loss and it was more inches then weight at over 14 inches all over since two weeks ago. Its a long hard journey....keep allthe good work up everyone!! jennifer -

All of this can be frustrating huh? I have thyroid disease and just got my does of meds upped again . I get frustrated at how slow i lose....We all are kinda in the same boat huh? Jennifer -

Bcbs was very easy for approval for me as long as i had a bmi over 40. Make sure your Dr puts all the paper work in and i wrote a detailed 5 page letter of all my attempts over the years with weight loss. I was approved in 3 days. -
