not sure but both the Dr and Nurse said absolutely no tums ...maybe it foams in the stomache not sure. -

OMG i finally am dropping this weight!!! up to 15 lbs pre-op !!!! i am gonna try to be at 18 lbs before surgery, because i know ill be bloated and won't lose weight. im under 40 bmi allready!!!! -

My surgeon also reccomends sugar free CIB with skim milk. Ill try that post op. -
Ive been on it a week and a half. Lost over 12 lbs ....Isopure is the bomb. Dutch Chocolate is the best FYI

Same with me , I loathe Hospitals. They nearly killed me 2 years ago at my local hospital not reading my chart. I work in the dental field and am Highly allergic to latex(blood tested). I felt like i had to be up all night so they wouldn't put their latex clad hands on me. This time my hubby is going to go to the room and put up a sign over my bed and take all the boxes of gloves out of the room. Damn Yahoos!!! lol

Im drinking two isopure dutch chocolate shakes from Gnc and having chicken and a veggie for dinner. I've lost 10.5 lbs so far. good luck!
