What are you eating each day?

Ok if you can eat hamburger, chicken and steak, that means your band might need another adjustment. I'm not saying you will never be able to eat these things again, but it will take some time if you have another fill. My dr told me if I was able to eat those kind of meats, my band wasn't tight enough, and he adjusted me and it helped so much. Do stick to protein shakes, yogurt, etc. Remember to exercise as frequent as you can. I do 3-5 times a week and that helps me a lot. I started doing weights a few months back and I have seen inches come off! Talk to your doctor about another adjustment and see what he/she says.

What are you eating each day?

What are you eating right now mostly?? Have you had a fill yet? The first few months I ate a lot of sugar free jello, sugar free pudding, sugar free applesauce, soups, protein shakes, or smoothies. I know it gets boring, but try a few things like fruits, and veggies and see what goes down. Your stomach might be a bit swollen still so be careful.
  4. Have you had any fills yet?? Definitely do what the doctor says or this will not work long term. I have worked my @ss off to get where I'm at right now. I am at 45 lb weight lost post-surgery. I work out at the gym 3-5 times a week. I admit, I do eat bad when I'm out with friends, but after this last fill, I am very restricted to what I eat. I have learned to eat healthier this way too. Diet soda was hard for me to give up before surgery, but I drink one every once in a great while. Water is the best thing for your body!! I also drink iced tea with no sugar. This definitely requires a life change and it is difficult but do what your dr says, and in the long run, you will be thanking them later on. GOOD LUCK!
