I like to have the special k 90 calorie bars....they always have a favor I like. I also treat myself by saying if i can avoid the ice cream or brownie that I want so badly I will get a smoothie from tropical smoothie for less than half the calories plus I add supplements to it. For Holidays I eat what ever is cooked...just not a lot and not many sweeties that are bread made...they get stuck -
Losing this weight and becomng a size 16 is what I want...I love to shop even more than before.

I have lost a total of 60lbs since I began my journey 6 months ago..but lately I have been having a very hard time losing any weight since my third fill...so i have not lost any weight since march...i have gained and went back down but no lost of weight...i am pretty sure that i am letting food get the best of me so right now i am on a mini vac from my normal life trying to get myself back on losing the weight needed to be successful at my goals. but 60.lbs is a nice start. -
Just looked over my consumers bill for my new place which I pay gas and electric for and why the hell is it only a hundred dollars. I swear that Richfield ct was ripping me off because my only electric bill was always freaking 240 or above. I think I need to make some calls.

Last day of work at the YWCA...So sad going to miss all my coworkers. Glad that I am off to a new beginning, about to show the state of Michigan what I am made of. "Life gives you lemons, make lemonade." Now something special for my clients before I leave at midnight!

Getting ready to hit the sheets, had a long day and just got Sean sleep after trying for 3 hours. Children are so demanding, I love him...but kids are a handful!lol glad he had a good day with mommy thou! Plus I am feeling better so I guess that comes in good too!

I am so sick...can't wait to get home so I can go to sleep. I plan to sleep in as much as possible.

Tired and ready to go to bed. I have to get on the hwy for work at 6:45 am. Not looking forward to the drive but ready for the new experience from my job. I am loving my new place, still a lot of unpacking to do but no time right now maybe later in the week! Bless everyone and have a good week!!!!

I am up early for Mr. Sean who decides he wants to go to sleep at midnight then be up at 7. My son is a busy busy toddler. I love being a mom, a child of god, a sister,friend, cousin, niece, daughter, granddaughter, and most of all me. I am loving life right now, god is blessing me and my family. "When praises go up, Blessings come down."

Moved into my new place...so excited....a little on the low money side now but my new place is so worth it. About to go get my son and get him ready for bed.

A big Week a head of me, I am so glad I am able to relax for just a little before I really get into doing what I need to do. Still awaiting these acceptance letters for school, praying they come in before Friday. I am ready to see what doors god is opening for me!

So glad that next week I am moving into my new place...April 2011, a great month to a wonderful new year. Glad I am seeing all these things fall into place, god has a lot of plans for me. Really wonderful plans for me and my family, glad to watch it happen. Renewed faith in god, New Place, New job and possible a different one come Wednesday. God is so wonderful, praising him daily is what I do.

Praying that I can move into my new place by the 1st week of April....Where I am now is getting worse, so I am ready to move my son to some where a lil safer where I don't have to worry about if someone is going to just decide for fun, let me shoot my gun every night. Crap! But I am so blessed because god keeps my family safe. OAN:3/31/11 please god!

Thanks...I am now starting to realize that the band is truly doing it's job..I was thinking it all came back up due to the fact that it was too tight but I think it's just that I have always been able to eat and drink at the same time and even not have to chew 100 times...now this is forcing me to slow down, chew and not drink during my meals...I feel full long and I am really like that I feel this way even if I am a lil on the sick side..

i AM ALSO HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM..I HAD A FILL ON WEDNESDAY IT'S NOW SUNDAY AND I CAN BARELY KEEP ANYTHING DOWN...MY THROAT IS SORE FROM THROWING UP. I THINK IT MIGHT BE JUST SWELLING BECAUSE BEFORE I GOT MY FILL I HAD ALMOST LIL RESTRICTION...HOPING THAT I DON'T NEED TO GET A UNFILL...IT'S GOING TO MAKE ME MAD CAUSE I WAS FOR SURE MY SWEET SPOT WOULD BE 6.5 NOT 5.5...MAYBE I AM WRONG...ON THE BAD SIDE STILL NOT LOSING WEIGHT.

I am at work sick as a dog, this band is way too tight. However I am very grateful for finding a church home and knowing that I am always kept up in prayers. Very thankful for the Jesus I serve no matter what or how I might feel on any day!

Very glad that Jesus has continued to open more doors for me...If I get this position I will be making a nice amount of money and I can let go of some of the extra worries I be holding onto..I am truly blessed with god's grace. "When god opens doors, he doesn't just open some he opens a lot of them. Enjoying each one he is opening for me." Thank you Jesus!

Laying in bed, thinking about what my future holds. Jesus has given me so many things and I am so grateful for them, I know he will continue to do more and show me more. My life is his and he can use me the way he sees fit!
