Need Lap Band Buddy / Mentor Baldwin Mom-4 weeks post op-not doing well

Im 4 weeks post op and not doing well with the diet. I need motivation and a gym partner STAT. Im a mom in the Baldwin area if anyone wants to give this OA (overeater) some guidance and mentoring. -
I am exactly 4 weeks post op i lost 20 lbs and in one week gained 6 lbs. I am trying to stick to the diet but having a hard time. During the day I am not hungry at all but as soon as I set foot in the house I'm starving. Weekends are the worst since I don't have an active social life Im in the the house thinking of food constantly. has anyone else experience this. My first fill is not until the end of July I am truly disappointed in myself and embarrassed that I have fallen off already. I am willing to listen to all suggestions. Please give me some guidance.
