Had my psych eval today..

I had my psych eval yesterday. It was different then I expected, but it went very well. I took 3 hours worth of tests and then had a 45 minute interview. The Phd that my surgeon's office referred me to was very nice! I can not wait to share in your journey's! -

There are many different plans administered by UHC. My plan is through Delta Airlines and they require you go through Bariatric Resource Network to get approved to seek coverage. Check with your individual plan to see what their requirements are. Each plan seems to be different. Good Luck in your journey! -

I am certainly no expert and still in the "learning" stages as well, but in my personal opinion before resorting to an attorney, I would see if your doctor could write a letter to the insurance company explaining your individual situation to see if there is anyway they would cover it. I have found appealing to be a lengthly process but one that is worth the fight. Good luck with your journey.
