I was banded May 25 and feel really good! I am having one very frustrating situation, got sick, like sore throat/flu thing. I was concerned about internal infection but it turns out I just was sick. I am now starting to really look at exercising. I have NEVER been a runner even though I was an athlete in high school. I think walking/jogging/running is going to be my thing though now.
