hey thanks for keeping in touch. Wow 14 pds, thats great! I cant wait till I go down at least 10 pds. I'm glad u r feeling better though from the nausea and vomiting. Well good news is that instead of my surgery being on the 17th its actually on the 2nd. yeah 2 days from today. I'm so nervous but also so very excited to get this started. I don't even have to get on a liquid diet before surgery. This feels so unreal right now, i cant believe that i have an actual chance to loose this weight. hey r u able to do the normal day activities yet? or do any type of other activities?
