My story is common one I'm sure. I've battled with my weight all my life. I've tried everything there is. I've met with limited short term success. I am now at the age  and weight where I feel the  quality of my life is suffering due to excess weight. I have ten more years to teach and I'm a new grandmother. I do not want my weight to prevent me from participating in activities with my grandsons and family. I am excited about the rest of my life as a thinner version of me.:-)
