so how long for your referral to the actual surgery date? where did you have your surgery done?

so i went to my primary today for the referral she wasnt very nice about my decision she said that i wasnt dieting when i mentioned to to her that ive dieted for years off and on. she said that i needed to do weight watchers and she asked said to me "so you taking the easy way out huh" oh well im just gonna be strong and follow through with my decision i still havent been to my actual first bariatric appt and im stressed ughh drs

Well no one really answered but through A LOT (lol) of research I've found out that you have to double the ideal weight of your height and frame on the high side. For example I'm 5' 3" with a small frame so I have to weight 248 or more (the link of the met life chart is in the bottom). I've been trying to put on some pounds and I am at 242 now still 6 more pounds to go. You think in would be easy but I think I reached some kind of reversed plateau. I hope this helped.
