I have been good, thanks. I had a doctors appointment and I weighed exactley the same as a month ago. Ugh! So Frustrated, but the doc said that it may be because I lost so much weight in the beginning that my body is adjusting right now. She said I should start losing agian, but we will see. She did give me a fill, but only 3/4's. I guess a fill a little more resrtiction, but it really did not make a difference. I do not eat that much anyway, I gained all my weight from bad food choices not because of my portions. I dont know. I am just frustrated. I joined LA Fitness though so that is good. How about you, how is everything going? When are you scheduled for your fist fill? I know it is next month sometime right?
