Hey Missy...U doing great!!! n yes it's a slow process,but we'll get there...I'm a 14 now,but it's was coming off due to stress!!! My oldest son has been through alot these pass few months and being a mom sometimes brings pain when ur children are n trouble....God is able and he's n control....My hair is doing fine as of now,but I wear alot of sow ins....I'm always cutting mines off anyways,so If it does happen,I can and have rocked the fade...lol.Well u keep up the awesome work..I'm still not restricted yet and I'm on my 3rd fill.My nurse says I should be at my green zone at 5....two more to go!!! Yeah!! Have a Blessed week and just think by the summer next year we'll have it going on!!!! God bless

Hey Mandie...keep up the awesome work!!! Fiber,fiber,fiber....I tok pills..yes pills!!! Good luck and keep me posted....I just signed up for a fitness class and classes has started so back to my routine....summer is over!! ugh...back to the busy schedule...weight loss should be alot better once I start in the gym...Stay focus n i'll check back later...God bless

Hey Girly...I'm doing fine,but know I can do better!! It's been a slow process but better than nothing...I'm a 14 now!! was a 20 but not all the weight lose came from surgery..only18...slow is better though..a tear is my goal to be an 8...u keep the faith and I'll do the same...God Bless!!

Hey Gurly,dropping by2 c how ur doing!!! U made it!!! now this is where the journey begins!!! I started classes this week and also joined the fitness center@the college!!! boi I'm excited!!
