I have spent most of my teenage and adult life trying 1 diet or another. Some I have had success for awhile, while others wielded no results. Although I am classified as morbidly obese I am fortunate to be in good health and want to remain that way. I am hoping that during this journey I will learn to make better food choices and use my band to my advantage and loose weight also. I don't want my children to ever have to go through the pain and emotional trauma that comes with being obese. I want them to learn from an early age to make good food choices. My children are under the age of 4 and I want them to have a mom that they can be proud of because I have set a goal and I WILL succeed.
