I had my lap band surgery last Wednesday. The surgery went well. I weighed 388 prior to the surgery, now my weight is 361. I have not had a lap band fill, however I have no problems drinking or taking medicine. I have been working out everyday for 30 minutes. I was on all liquids for the first week with jello, now I'm drinking the shakes and would like to add something to them, but I'm not sure what i can add. I also cheated today and ate a blueberry muffin nothing happen although I can tell I'm full. I will ride the bike for about and hour tonight for the mistake I made. I also went through my refrigerator and tossed out everything that might temp me to cheat again. The fridge is practically bare and so is the pantry. I was hoping someone might help me with recommendation for pre-made shakes. I have might first appointment with the doctor next week and my first fill a week later. I hope my cheating has not caused a problem. I have made a serious promise to myself to follow the instruction of my doctor from this day forward. I need support and ideas to stay strong.
