I started this journey to get healthy and feel better about my self. I have been over weight all my life. After 4 children I just kept getting bigger and tried diets but always gained the weight back. It has been a hard journey but well worth it. I have not had any major problems just changing my diet and making the right choices is hard sometimes. People think just because I had weight loss surgery it is easier for me but that is not true you still have to make the right food choices and exercise.
