I am 4 ft 9 in, and weigh 175. I have been a diabetic since 1995. I have wanted to have the surgery for a few years and have gone to several seminars. But never followed through b/c of insurance not covering. Now I have insurance that covers almost all of the surgery. I am going to have my primary care manager refer to a surgeon so I can ge this done so I can know what it feels like to be healthy and have more energy and most of all get rid of my diabetes. I hope to have this surgery in a coule of months.
