Thanks. I appreciate your story. Perhaps gravity will again befriend me. I feel 100% positive about LB. I for one will stick with the recumbent bike. My foot doctor doesn't want me on the treadmill again. Thanks for being here and being a friend

Congrats! I have been banded for 10 days and have lost 15 lbs. I couldn't be happier. The adjustments to band life have been easy. My first exercise outing didn't go well. I was on the treadmill and closed my eyes for a nano second. Gravity did it's job...one busted lip and broken bone in my foot later..I have decided to use the recumbent bike for the foreseeable future. LMAO!! One day at a time.
