Does Dr. Korman have any "program fees"? I went to seminar at Dr. Oliak but he has a $4500.00 "program fee" aside from co-pay and deductible, total cost $6100.00 out of pocket, i can't afford that. thanks.

does anyone know of a good surgeon in southern ca? I have anthem blue cross ppo and tried going with dr oliak but I still have to pay 6000.00 out of pocket. Why so much?
