Im on day 2 of my liquid diet. As they say, the only easy day was yesterday. Im taking Muscle Milk, broth (chicken, beef and Vegtable) sugar free jello and pudding. I think the secret is not waiting until you are starving, but once you start to feel hungry, to have one of your "food" sources. The muscle milk keeps me going for about an hour or two. In between time I have jello and water. Am I full- no. Is it fun-no, but it is bearable.
