I LOVE the Vitafusion Gummy Vitamins for Adults and for hair loss, Biotin, i just break it into fours! I did a "trot" three weeks after but I didnt start really working out for 5 weeks after that its been fine. I play a bunch of spots and I have had not issue.

Hello All, I was banded on July 14, I have lost 13lbs so far. I got my first fill on Wed. Everything went smoothly. Total weightloss since June 1 is 33lbs. This is pure awesomeness! -

Mine is on the 14, My doc has us on that insane pre-op diet. Two Liquid meals a day and then green veggies and 4oz of mean. Its been ok to follow but Yesterday was a bust for me, I cried about it but I still ate chips. I am back on it today and untill the 14th.
