Banding vs. Bypass with PCOS

I have PCOS as well, and I am scheduled for a band 6/10. My surgeon had no issues with the PCOS and the band. I would recommend a second opinion, since there is major difference between the 2 surgeries. -

Hi! I am new to the site and getting my band 6/10. I am almost halfway through my preop diet. It hasn't been as bad as I thought, but I am trying to keep very busy so I don't have much time to think about it. Hardest part is getting down 64oz fluid a day. Anyway, good luck to all you other June bandsters - looking forward to sharing stories.:confused:
