Hi... my name is Maritza Garza and im 28 yrs old.. Well i have been overweight all my life...except when i was in elementary. ;)  ....  So the heaviest i have been is 260lb when i was 18, i was a size 20 but i wouldnt c my self as being a big girl.... but i started having to many headaches and couldnt walk to much and was just depressed and down all the time i didnt want to go out or meet anyone.. just work school and home.... so finally i got into a "diet" so i i went down to a size 18.. wooohooo!! i was sooo happy and then got to happy and ate again my way up to size 20... finally i got a job for the city of McAllen and i just felt horrible, so overweight.. so disgusting with my self and guesds what.... YES... another dieet... well it did help i went down to 214... i had lost  46 lbs... i felt GREAT... i was a between size 14-16 i look beter and felt beter.. i would go out and meet people. and jyst hang out with my family.. then i met my husband to be... :)... so we got married and THEN i got pregnant... it was marvelous i enjoyed my pregnancy but i also over ate too much and gain all my weight back to 263.. so i had my baby and after pregnancy i was 248... :(  .....i was very happy to have my baby but i felt sad and fat.. my husband has allways been very suportive.... so the thing is i finaly went to my doctor got a refrell to c if i can b a candidate for lap band surgery, and I WAS... so i started counting calories.. and went to my doctors appt. Nutritionist and Seminar... so i went down to 238.. then i had to do the liquid diet for 7 days and went down to 226. and im down to 219 after my surgery on MAY 26 2010... i really want to succeed, i want to be a healthy person, be able to run and be there for my son... im so scared to gain my weight again..... so thats just alittle bit of me.. theres more drama and stuff but.. almost sorta straight to the point.. take care evry1... and YES WE CAN DO IT.. we shall never give up!! God bless everyone..
