Day after suregry and its not to bad... I am a bit sore a little loopy still but i have been doing my liquid diet. whet protien drink is not to bad, i havent taken any pain meds today. Although i might tonight before bed just so i will sleep. I did put pillows on both sides last night as i do like to sleep on my side and tummy but it was ok with the pillows. I think i am going to try and get walking by friday when i am less sore. But i am definantely going to drive by friday going crazy already stuck in the house. I will keep you all posted.

I am getting banded tomorrow. nervous anxious and at the same time i cant wait. I am also new to this sight and would love friends so please feel free to add me. I will encourage and support you and hopefully you can do the same for me. Best of luck to all of you

So new at this sight not sure how to do things or how to add friends. Please feel free to add me as a friend but i will warn you i will have alot of questions, My banding is on june 1 2010 and i am excited yet nervous. I am sure i will be on this sight almost all day tomorrow as i do my liquid diet. I will need words of encouragemnt as i will give encouragement to you as well. none the day before...not sure on beef broth but if you heard that you shouldnt i would stay away just to be safe. Clear liquids anything you can see through

no red jello as it can look like blood when they do the surgery i asked the nurse that question and thts why they told me

I am new to this sight but i would love a buddy and someone to help me. I start my journey June 1 is my surgery date . I would love someone to encourage me when the low times hit and also someone who has experienced things and can relate, alos someone who may know some recipes and godd stuff to help us loose weight but fills those cravings thanks.
