I love unjury , I have tried many different brands and have like this one best, I used the unflavored and add it to my coffee every morning and mix with crystal light in the afternoon, It's a little more expensive, but well worth it.

Is Unjury Worth the Cost?
nena.davis64 replied to Stacie from St. Louis's topic in LAP-BAND Surgery Forums
I think that Unjury is the best protein that I have tasted, I've tried many brands and found that drinking them is a task for me they have a very heavy taste, and I have to force myself to drink them, On the other hand I find Unjury very enjoyable I buy the unflavored and add it to my coffee and crystal light and it doesn't change the flavor or texture, it's a little more expensive, but well worth it. -
Who's the Best in Florida? Best Surgeon? Best Aftercare?
nena.davis64 replied to SewHappyInFlorida's topic in Weight Loss Surgeons & Hospitals
Dr. Tiffany Jessee on the west coast was my surgeon, I think that she is excellant , Dr. Jessee and her staff go beyond the call of duty, before, during and after your surgery . -

any June 2010 Bandsters?
nena.davis64 replied to Princess_Gottalose's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Hello junebugs I was banded June 9, 2010, it's been an interesting journey I've lost 65 pounds, and would like to lose 20 more, I love my band nothing worth having isn't easy , but given the opportunity I would do it again, I love the way I feel and especially the way I look, so for me the journey continues, It's so nice to hear from other people who had their bands done around the same time. -

Anyone banded by Dr. Tiffany Jessee--Tampa Bay area
nena.davis64 replied to Derby's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Dr. Jesse is my surgeon, I have nothing but great things to say about her and her staff , I could not have chosen a better surgeon, I would recommend her to anyone thinking about having weightloss surgery . -
I have Aetna and i started this process April 31, 2010, because i had previous documentation , after completing my psych eval, my nutrition class and all pre op testing it only took 5 days for approval and I had my surgery on 6/9/2010. Aetna was awesome they even assigned a nurse to follow me for the first 6mos.

Single Incision Lap Band
nena.davis64 replied to bgaylz's topic in Tell Your Weight Loss Surgery Story
yes , I had SILB on 6/9/10 , I had very little pain and my recovery was amazing , didn't have any problems, I was a little uneasy with it when my surgeon told me that she would be using a single incision type lapband surgery, but afterwards i was very happy with her decision, because you heal quicker and you have less complications. -
Im A Ball of Nerves

It's normal to feel this way, surgery no matter how big or small is very concerning, but once you arrive at the hospital everything goes quickly that before you know it your surgery is over and you're in recovery , and thinking wow all the time i spent worrying was for nothing , atleast thats the way i felt. So good luck to everyone on your surgeries.
